Beautiful cottage and stunning scenery! This was our first time in the Lake District, we came expecting wind and rain but the weather was (exceptionally) warm and dry! The cottage is compact but beautifully designed and fitted out to a high standard. Very dog friendly area which is good. All in all, a very enjoyable holiday with great locations and friendly people. Will definitely come back!

A lovely week, with sunshine all week until the last day! Plenty of great dog walks, dogs are shattered! We’ve had good food and local ales. The cottage is lovely, very nicely done. Week has gone far too quickly!

A beautiful cottage, in a brilliant location. Love the design and decor. Very comfortable and the perfect place to relax. Enjoyed lunch at the Drunken Duck Inn and a yummy cream tea at Chester’s by the river. A great week in a great cottage.

A wonderful stay, a lovely cottage and a brilliant location. The cottage was really cosy but the modern facilities were great! Went for some lovely walks and even tackled Scafell Pike! Also went to Cartmel and Grasmere, would recommend both.

On arrival all we can say is wow! Beautifully furnished and views to die for. Didn’t want for anything with a great pub serving excellent food and drink. A quirky little cottage with attitude.

Awesome cottage, just what we wanted for our honey moon. What more could you want? Wood burning stove, big comfy sofa, and the essential coloured ceiling lights in the bathroom!
